Missed Sessions
We aren’t able to offer make-up sessions for missed classes due to illness, travel or personal circumstances.
If Little Folx needs to cancel a session we’ll either offer a make-up date or provide a credit toward a future group.
Thanks for keeping the group experience steady and supportive for everyone.

Cancelation & Refunds
If you cancel with in 5 days of registering (and before the session begins), we’ll issue a full refund.
If you cancel after 5 days before the session begins We will offer a full credit toward a future Little Folx playgroup series.
After a session has started, tuition is non refundable.

Early Withdrawals
If you need to withdraw mid-session (after attending fewer than half of the classes) due to major life circumstances (health needs, family needs etc), reach out. We maybe able to offer a partial credit toward a future group

Siblings & Guests
To help maintain a calm and connected environment, we ask for one child per playgroup sessions. If you have twins or special circumstances, let us know - we are happy to talk through it!
Guests (like a partner, grandparent, nanny or close friend) are welcome.We just ask that guest help to keep the group vibe peaceful by keeping conversations to a minimum during sessions.

Illness Policy
Please stay home if you or your child has had a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious symptoms within the past 24 hours. If its been slightly over 24hours please consider wearing a mask.
This helps keep everyone healthy and able to attend future groups.

Credits & Expiration
Any credits offered toward a future playgroup must be used within 6 months of the original session start date.
We’ll work with you to find the best fit when you’re ready to return.
